I wanted to wear my mustard dress, there is only one problem, it is cold as hell in Seattle today. I'm not one to let the weather dictate what I want to wear, wait a minute there is one thing for sure, you will never see this sistah out in the rain with OPEN TOED shoes on-I am not the one. Seattle folks have been known to do this-I will never understand why in the world would anyone in their right mind walk around with their feet out in the rain. Seriously, there is nothing more uncomfortable, and unattractive than wet feet in a pair of beautiful shoes.
