Oscars-Pefect Date Night

 Oscars
2012

Although I wasn't able to attend any Oscar viewing parties. I enjoyed watching it from the comfort of my home, with my hair up in a bun, sweats, t shirt, pink fuzzy footsies, my favorite blankly, and delicious tea. It was the perfect date with the Oscars.

My top 5 best dressed are...

What is there not to love....except for her wearing the wrong shoes. Pic-Oscar.go.com

Never enough sparkle Oscar.go.com

Simply Gogeous Gucci. I would wear it in a heart beat. Oscar.go.com

I'm not a fan of one shoulder dresses but this one is too gorgeous to hate on. Milla Jovovich the camera loves her and the dress! Oscar.go.com

Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad Sexy yet classy. I love a floor length dress. She always looks fresh. Oscar.go.com

One more, because its my blog and i can break my own rules...

Look at the gold detail in this dress.
Favorite moments-

Billy Crystal was witty. I enjoyed him as a host, what a class act.

Emma Stone and Ben Stiller by far were the best presenters of all time.
Emma is AH-Dorable  and a talented actor!
She looks gorgeous in everything she wears.
Friend in my head, for sure.

I love Esperanza, she is not only absolutely beautiful she is also amazingly talented!
Esperanza's performance at the Oscars was perfect, as perfect can be.

Viola rocking her natural hair. She looked so polished A++!

I LOVE it Viloa, you go girl-Usweekly

Angelina Jolie and her chopstick.
It doesn't look natural. It looks a little desperate and forced. I normally have noting but good things to say about Angelina, but this sh*t right here-TACKY!

She even felt it necessary to show the audience her chopstick-TACKY

One complaint-When full figured women like Octavia walked the red carpet, the comments seemed to be focused on their weight instead of how beautiful their dresses were.

World get a grip-real women have HIPS!

Unfortunately, our society only sees beauty in women that are skinny, they are missing out on whole lot of beauty.  I believe we ALL are beautiful because GOD made us and he doesn't make mistakes.

When it comes to fashion it isn't about your weight, its about
how you wear it,
attitude,
confidence,
and your beauty within.

To all my full figured sitahs-You is smart, you is kind, and you look MARVELOUS.
Look how confident Octavia looks in her dress, you go girl!

Till next year xx

  3. Absolutely the best part of the Oscars is all of the stunning Fashion! So many beautiful gowns and ladies this year! One I really liked that's missing here is Sandra Bullocks gown(check it out on-line somewhere). I usually love Angelinas choices as well but I just felt embarrassed for her this year! Beautiful dress but she didn't have to work so hard!
