Celebrating my guys birthday at The Parlor Comedy show. Today's life lesson Laugh until it hurts.

Why:

I was a little behind schedule, so I had to find something in my closet that was wrinkle free. My closet is so jammed packed with clothes, this is almost an impossible feat- accept for THIS dress. I added the bright orange cardigan for a pop of color. (My guy had the nerve to question my actions. He said,"black and white stripes with orange?" I just looked at him and rolled my eyes.) Not to say I don't value his fashion opinion, I just didn't ask for it at that particular time *Wink*. The bag I just love, the accessories are a must, the shoes make me happy and they sparkle, the leopard print short faux fur coat was a last minute thought that ended up being a double exclamation point!!

 The back of my MK shoes are detailed with beautiful black crystal rhinestones.I would have taken a shot of the back but someone had an attitude(I'm not naming any names *CHINH) so I had to get it over and done with quickly. *SIGH-GRRR* I need a personal photographer..

What I Wore Wednesday

Do you ever have those days where you just feel like "blegh"? I had one of those today, and it's almost unexplainable. It's like you want to dress nicely but you don't feel like anything fits right. So today is more bland excuse of a What I Wore Wednesday...

So yes, this outfit was mostly for comfort. I amp it up and call it "relaxed". I have on basic medium/dark wash jeans that are actually quite rare in the fact that they are long enough for my 5'11 height. Finding jeans is sometimes difficult. The shirt I'm wearing is a really soft t-shirt that I feel like is probably not as nice as I think it is , but I bought it about 5 years ago at Target during a collaboration with a high end designer. It actually has an interesting pattern in that it's grey and white strips all the way until the bust line, then right above the bust line the stripes go way thinner. On top of that I threw my trusty boyfriend blazer a.k.a. my faker blazer. It's the pajama jeans of blazers. 

Finally, I have my shoes. They are new and I love them, and I feel like any other girl does when she gets new shoes; I just want to shout it from the mountain tops! They are a lovely mix of sandal and oxford. They show a little toe, but your heel is protected (relatively speaking). 

Hopefully next week I can step it up.
